To be honest, I'm not too familiar with this site, and this routine isn't one I'd ever heard of, but I'm guessing that you're wanting to get stronger and more muscular. I don't know much about that.

If you're just starting out, then definitely incorporate Barbell strength training. This is super important, because it will help you develop more muscular endurance (the ability to lift more weight for longer) and muscle mass.
