Water itself is one way to help flush toxins out of the body on a regular basis, but with a few more simple ingredients you can transform water into liver detoxifying water for even more benefits.

Water to detoxify the liver
This is also known as zero calorie detox water, as it contains almost zero calories. There are calories in the apple, but they are quite insignificant.
Cinnamon stimulates internal organs to cleanse themselves, while apple provides its all-natural source of vitamins and minerals. Much better than just drinking regular water and a helpful boost to any detox program.
Prescription:
· A large jug
· fuji apples
· Powdered cinnamon sticks (powdered also works, use about a teaspoon)
· ice
· Water
· a few drops of lemon to keep the apples fresher
This recipe has a 1: 1 ratio, which means you need 1 fuji apple and 1 cinnamon stick in 1 jug of water. That said, you can leave the same apple and cinnamon sticks in the jar for up to three days while you fill with water.
Cut a fuji apple and mix the slices in the jar with the cinnamon stick. Cover with ice, then fill the pitcher with water and leave in the fridge for 15 minutes before drinking. Enjoy it throughout the day in place of whatever juice or soda you normally have.
Water to detoxify the liver with cucumber, lemon and mint
Cucumbers are one of the most hydrating vegetables because they are mostly made up of water and are also very beneficial for detoxifying the liver.
Many detox programs include cucumbers for this very reason, and adding them to your water brings out their minerals so you're getting an added benefit.
Mix lemon juice and you will be receiving the cleansing effect of citric acid helping to cleanse the digestive system. The mint makes things taste fresh and crisp, and it goes great with lemon and cucumber while providing additional nutrients and benefits.
