Red wine, against common perception, does not always benefit from being offered at room temperature. The same may be said about Malbec wine. When serving Malbec, chill it for 30 to 60 minutes in the refrigerator before pouring it into wide-mouthed wine glasses. Typically, 60-65 degrees Fahrenheit is the perfect serving temperature for robust reds such as Malbec. A few degrees below room temperature will provide you and your guests the best possible experience of the Malbec taste. It allows you to fully appreciate Malbec's complexity.
