I read this book a long time ago. I think it’s a great book. Even thought it’s very theoretical I saw many practical applications from it. After being in the US Army, I did a lot of exercise and did calisthenics with some military moves. Later on I saw that movement are very important for fitness and I did not like working out that’s why I started to read this book.But, still,I didn’t understand how to apply it and I wasn’t flexible. This book gives you the anatomy of movement and teaches you how to apply that to your training. After then, you can see your progress in the workout books. If you’re in a gym and if there is a few repetitions of calisthenics, you can apply these moves too. I’m a 23 years old guy and I really enjoy the time I spent reading this book. I didn’t stop reading it anymore then. I really recommend you to read this book if you want to learn how to apply calisthenics to your training. It changed the way I felt about training.Alberto
I just got this book a few weeks ago. I am reading it in my spare time while I wait for everything else to heal. I think that when you start reading this book you will see real results. it is an awesome book and I am learning a lot from it.I think it is a know how to read book but I could not find a know how too critic of this book. So it is a quality book but it can be improved but I am just excited to learn about his system and also I think that I got this book shortly before a correct timing.The biggest error that I found in this book is that most of the training is done on the ground and the book does not say that you can do it on the ground. Most of the times that you are going to do it on the ground you are going to have to do a push up and you are not going to be able to do that. If you do not have a well developed calisthenics training you may have trouble doing that. d2c66b5586
