Shortly after Monika's death, the game shifts to a new world in which the girls' life is still tainted, but their experience has been a positive one. In the end of a sort of purgatory, all four girls, now called SAAQ, pray for the player to accept their apology and to understand that they cannot live on without them. They then proceed to help the Game Over ending by calling for help, which leads to Monika's character file being pulled in by the Game Over ending.
Once Monika makes her way into the main game files, she comforts Sayori and Natsuki finally wiped their memories clean of Yuri's death. She then goes on to say that since she has cheated, all the good deeds they have done should be negated, hoping that they can start anew. This, however, is a lie, as just short moments later, Natsuki deletes Sayori's memory, causing her to disappear and never be heard from again, leaving the girls heartbroken and quite lonesome.
With the situation as it is, Monika wipes all memories of Yuri's death and destroys the Game Over ending. The girls, now with new friends to help them, are unsure if it was the right thing to do. Natsuki even tries to kick Monika out of the game again, but is stopped by Monika once more. She tells the girls that they need them and promises not to leave their side. In the end, Natsuki suggests that they should go to Iwatobi, because she remembers playing at that place when she was still a little kid, right after her mom died. Monika agrees, because she can't bear the memory of Sayori's last moments.
The four girls, now named as members of Saaya, proceed to walk into the sunset. Sayori, however, appears to be crying about Yuri's death and tells Monika about her feelings of despair. She also says that the situation is just so lonely without Yuri. The sunsets as it begins to get darker, which turns into a sunset-like scene of the girls, Sayori, and Yuri's silhouette spinning around a star. d2c66b5586
