The new species introduced herein is exceptionally distinct from all other Jamides species. A number of other phenotypically distinct butterflies have recently been recorded from West New Britain Province (Mller 2013, 2014; Mller and Wills 2013), the type locality of the new species.
Note: The very small size of the specimen could suggest that the specimen is not mature enough to provide the best estimate of the butterfly’s identity and therefore I do not claim it as such.

We all know there are many things we can do to make our lives sustainable (e-mail in Junk Mail folder, recycle, buy smarter products, etc.), but did you know that it is possible to invest in sustainable companies too? Unilever's sustainability report/report card states that 28% of Unilever's costs are related to its environmental impact statement and that is why they are looking for more sustainable means of production.Would be interested in some feedback. Just started this as side project and not thinking about the business part yet. d2c66b5586
